Salesforce Developer Lead - 100% Remote - $150K+

Description:

The Dev Lead would assist with overall architecture assessment, hands on development, and mentorship of the the internal team; while also communicating and holding accountable the system integrator to the SLA's. The project work is directly related to workers comp and performing maintenance on 85 backlogged items and 37 items in the next sprint. The Lead will also analyze the backlog to the upcoming features and request to figure out what needs to be done. They would also be heavily involved in customization using vlocity solution.

Insurance knowledge and vlocity experience required.
