Position Summary


As Salesforce Application Developer, you will support the delivery of Salesforce solutions allowing Sales, Marketing and the Contact Center teams to deliver personalized consumer experiences through multiple channels. You will have a unique opportunity to contribute to a global rollout initiative, delivering personalized experiences to consumers in different countries. You will serve as a liaison between the IT and business consumers. You will translate business requirements, opportunities and needs into functional requirements. You will also play a key role within the third parties to specify, test, and deploy those as a part of CRM projects.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides deep specialist guidance and support in Salesforce Service / Field Service Cloud and supports the integration of solutions within various technologies of the platform, translating the business vision into technical vision
  • Supports and influences the design, estimation, build, and testing significant or complex initiatives
  • Makes recommendations on how to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and delivery of services through emerging technology and technical methods and methodologies
  • Works with IT managers, Business Partners, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Business Analysts as required to ensure any solution fits with global strategic and technical direction
  • Liaises closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, and vendors to suggest best practices
  • Identify gaps in existing functionalities, options for improvement and opportunities for process automation – need to have an analytical mindset of Salesforce.

Required Qualifications:

  • More than 3 years preferably in a consultancy company providing Salesforce Service / Field Service Cloud solutions
  • University education (Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, etc.). MBA will be valuated positively
  • Experience working in an Agile/ DevOps environment
  • Intermediate level of English

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Coding experience within Salesforce Service / Field Service Cloud (back-end)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Communities, Live Agent, Einstein, Social Studio, or Chatbot
  • Project Management experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
  • Knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud
