Position Summary:
The Global Salesforce Administrator is the lead administrator of Bunge’s Salesforce environment, and the point person supporting local administrators in the various business units. This role will train new power users, maintain administrative guides, work with local administrators to build reports, dashboards and home pages, and assist the development team with support tickets. The Global Salesforce Administrator will work with our Global Salesforce Team to leverage the Salesforce platform to its full capabilities producing direct impact to our business units.
- Oversee day to day activities related to the administration of the SFDC Platform
- Performs IT testing for new development to ensure it is in line with the scope of the project and functions as expected, prior to user acceptance testing
- Assist with project implementations, including facilitating user acceptance testing and training end users
- Create and maintain administrative and business user guides
- Provide assistance to the development team to resolve support tickets
- Onboard and support Local Administrators
- Assist local administrators to create list views, reports, and dashboards that meet business requirements
- Assist with system maintenance and governance
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- BA is business (or equivalent work experience)
- Salesforce admin certifications a plus
- 3+ years of general business experience in sales, marketing, or customer service
- 2+ years of experience implementing, configuring, and administering Salesforce.com
- Salesforce experience should include use of custom and standard fields and objects, workflow rules, data validation rules, and page layout changes
- Experience with end user training
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP is a plus
