Salesforce Administrator

Overview:

What you will be doing:

• Collaborating with key partners in Information Technology, Regulatory Quality Management, and others throughout the organization to understand the system requirements and customize the Salesforce.com platform to meet these requirements.
• Developing a strong consultive partnership with our Regulatory Quality Management team.
• Communicating complex technical information to business customers and project teams in an effective and concise manner.
• Participating as a hands-on technical resource and/or leading technical contractors in Salesforce.com solution development and deployment.
• Maintaining the Salesforce.com platform to make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce.
• Stay updated on the platform's new tools, capabilities, and updates.
• Advising management on Salesforce.com best practices and assisting with setting strategy for optimal use.
• Managing Salesforce.com updates and upgrades.
• Demonstrating strong team and collaboration mentality, interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical colleagues.

We want you to have:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of IT experience
• 4+ years of Salesforce.com Administration experience
• Experience in development using an agile methodology, preferably through Microsoft Azure DevOps
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• One or more Salesforce.com certifications preferred, such as Advanced Administrator, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect, Salesforce Platform App Builder
• Experience with Quality Processes such as: Audit, Change Control, CAPA, Supplier Quality Events, Non-Conformances, Complaints, is a plus
• Experience with TrackWise and TrackWise Digital QMS and Sparta Systems TW / TWD Certifications is a plus
• A sense of urgency, technical curiosity and effective negotiation skills are encouraged
