We are currently hiring for a Sr. Director of Enterprise Applications focused on Sales Solutions. This role is critical to providing a best-in-class Sales and Client experience. We are looking to transform the way our global sales associates engage with our clients and the tools the execute that vision. In this role, you will have the opportunity to be at the forefront of the next generation decision making process and drive the solutions for our global sales teams. This role is going to have the opportunity to help us be inventive and create new ways of working, utilizing the latest technologies.

Responsibilities: Responsible for technical leadership across the sales technology stack Directs team in the development and implementation of Salesforce.com and Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines) solutions Directs the team in best practices in terms of integrations between cloud systems and on premise systems Work closely with Sales Operations-Automation to develop the strategy and roadmap for Sales automation/solutions Develops a team that includes skilled and motivated professional Associates Creates a high-performance climate that reinforces Associate growth and retention Manages performance and creates opportunity for career development Determines training requirements and ensures timely and effective training to enhance the skill base Ensures that all assigned projects meet time and budget constraints while ensuring high quality deliverables Resource Management: Responsible for assignment of staff based on knowledge and understanding of the solution requirement, project scope, and Associate skill set Manages Associates assignments to ensure maximum utilization Works closely with Project Managers to analyze results of programs to identify weakness, and create plans for improvement Performs other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Education: BS and/or MS in Engineering, Computer Science or Mathematics; an advanced degree in business (MBA) or technology is preferred 10+ years of IT management experience with a proven track record of hiring, coaching and retaining cross-functional technical teams 5+ years' experience in working with Salesforce.com required 8+ years' experience in at least one higher level programming language such as Java, C#, or VB .NET required Must be proficient in the full spectrum of tools needed to implement sales solutions
3+ years' experience in working with Oracle CPQ (formerly BigMachines) or other CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) platform preferred, but we are open to train in this area Knowledgeable about DevOps (CI CD), DevSecOps, Container management System concepts and tools Knowledge of various sales processes and the levers used to drive sales productivity, for example: Proven ability to work effectively in an environment subject to ongoing change Salesforce.com Oracle CPQ Database management (MongoDB, SQL Server, Oracle) Ability to set strategic and tactical departmental level goals that align with overall IT direction Highly skilled at working with senior leadership to determine strategic direction and to scope appropriate electronic sales order management solution In-depth experience in architecting, designing, and building large scale and complex sales solutions Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate at all levels of the organization Deliver quality software releases on schedule in an Agile environment
