Maxar is looking for a Jr. Salesforce Administrator to join our team. This role can be based remotely in the US. In this role you will provide Tier 2 troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment. You will work with multiple teams in the company to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Responsibilities
  • Providing Tier 2 troubleshooting and administrative support in the Salesforce environment
  • Ensuring the Salesforce environment is reliable, stable, and all integrity is maintained
  • Providing help in maintaining an error free operating environment with 99.99% availability
  • Assisting with deployments from lower environments in the production system
  • Advocate for Salesforce with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience
  • Working with business users, test users, and application delivery team members on resolving issues
  • Prioritization of activities to support business requirements and to resolve issues
  • Support SOX 404 assessment process by working closely with IS governance and auditors
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce.com configuration and administration.
Preferred Requirements
  • Salesforce Admin Certification a plus
  • Previous customer service, experience with SAP, Marketo, and Cherwell a plus
  • Strong documentation, analysis, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to learn quickly within the Salesforce platform
  • Bachelor's degree
