Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to own, maintain and develop our Salesforce Platform as soon as possible. You will join the CRM team in building state-of-the-art CRM capabilities for strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

You will translate business requirements into technical solutions within and around Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • You will accelerate the existing Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio setup, by revamping them according to best practices; and supporting the roll-out of different projects
  • Together with functional Product Owners, you will be responsible to lead data integration discussions and own their execution and the engagement, send and subscriber data
  • You will run root cause analysis and fix bugs based on stakeholder and CRM requirements
  • You will serve as the technical advisor and to the CRM managers and support in discussing possibilities and complexities of different topics
  • You will support to build journeys, emails, CloudPages, automation, data-sets and other functionalities

Qualifications:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Marketing Cloud in a B2C environment, experience with Salesforce Interaction Studio is a plus

  • Experience in SQL, AMPscript, ETL methods and SFMC API is essential to this role
  • Good understanding of Contact Builder, data mapping, segmentation, integration and usage within Salesforce for push and email contacts
  • Ability to ideate conduct root cause analysis and fix issues in a scalable way
  • HTML, CSS and Javascript knowledge are a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, a structured approach, a hands-on mentality and eager to proactively lead and move the tech CRM landscape forward
