Piper Sandler is seeking a Fixed Income Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to join our team in Minneapolis or Chicago. This person will act as a primary resource by providing ongoing support, maintenance and configuration for the existing Fixed Income Salesforce platform. This includes data management, core support functions, data analysis, enforcing data standards, database administration, sustaining user adoption and training and development delivery.
Responsibilities:
  • Support the Fixed Income team’s usage of our CRM tool (Salesforce) through daily interactions with the sales reps and managers
  • Lead efforts to develop training materials to expand use of Salesforce and optimize sales productivity and effectiveness
  • Host engaging in-person and virtual training sessions for remote office locations to improve user adoption and competency
  • Create and maintain a library of frequently used training materials and tutorials
  • Create reports and extract CRM information for sales and management as-needed
  • Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
  • Data Analysis of Fixed Income metrics to create monthly/quarterly/annual sales reports
  • Act as a subject matter expert to participate in business discussions relating to new functionality to improve business processes
  • Collaborate with Technology team to customize Salesforce based on business requirements, including custom fields, page layouts, profiles, reports and dashboards
  • Troubleshoot and problem solve the issues related to Salesforce
Required Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 1+ year of relevant experience, Salesforce experience preferred
Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Strong understanding of core Salesforce administration and functionality with ability to troubleshoot wide variety of issues
  • Basic knowledge of Marketing Cloud
  • Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritize
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work in a high-speed, highly-analytical environment
  • Must be a self-starter and able to work independently while supporting a team
  • Prioritization and ability to meet tight deadlines required
  • Strong organizational skillset to successfully manage a large number of users and data
  • Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
