HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
Manage all CRM initiatives for Iberia to drive client acquisition, retention, reactivation and increase customer lifetime value
Define, implement and constantly improve cross-channel customer journeys, adopting a test and learn approach
Liaise with Global CRM team with regards to global CRM strategy, execution and performance measurement
Provide client insights for marketing campaign planning, event management and clienteling initiatives
Plan CRM campaigns across relevant channels in close alignment with Retail and E-Commerce teams as well as Global CRM team
Work closely with Retail and Training teams to ensure CRM and database management capabilities in Boutiques, with a strong focus on compliant data collection & data quality
Own CRM reporting & KPI management and regularly follow-up with involved teams with regards to individual performance measurements
Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, International Management or similar
3+ years of experience in CRM / Direct Marketing / Database Marketing
Proven track record in managing a variety of stakeholders (Marketing, Retail, E-Commerce, agencies)
Client centric mindset with a profound understanding of CRM systems & processes as well as data and client insights analysis
Strong organization and prioritisation skills in a fast-paced and demanding environment with a hands-on mentality
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Good knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint
Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese and English.
Good communication skills with Retail team and international projects to be part in.
SalesForce advanced user.
