About the role
The Salesforce Administrator (3 month fixed-term with the possibility of extention) is responsible for developing digital solutions in the Stratton ecosystem. Be part of the Technology team that contributes towards transitioning the business onto the new digital platform using Salesforce. The Salesforce Administrator will play a key part in architectural design and implementation of the new platform.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Work with senior members of the team and stakeholders to determine and perform all Salesforce administrative functions for user account and profiles management - including object data security and visibility, permission sets, role hierarchy, page layouts, and other related Salesforce features
- Build reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
- Shape & implement Salesforce solutions that adhere to platform best practices
- Train helpdesk support members to upskill and assist in Salesforce administration duties
- Stakeholder management, engagement and building positive, long lasting relationships
- Other duties as required by management
What do I need to bring to the table?
We are looking for someone who can:
- Minimum 4-5 years in similar role
- Experience with Service Cloud and Sales Cloud
- Built Salesforce dashboards, workflows, page layouts & all routine Salesforce features
- Experience in troubleshooting over event logs with 3rd party API integration
- An excellent problem solver
- Ability to mentor other developers
- Team player
