As Senior Salesforce Administrator, you’ll play a vital role at FullStory. We are looking for a proactive individual that can help us continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product road map. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore as Senior Salesforce Administrator, you should enjoy all aspects of user management including support tickets and designing solutions with user satisfaction a priority.
We are looking for someone with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, who can understand both our current setup and our business objectives, in order to quickly identify areas of improvement. You should be comfortable with change management and governance, as well as communicating, prioritizing and managing all aspects of a Salesforce project. The ideal candidate will be happy liaising with stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to translate technical information into layman’s terms, clearly explaining design options and their potential impact.
In a typical day, you might:
Own all aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, sharing rules.
Participate in Salesforce configuration changes. (e.g., Flow, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports)
Identify and gather requirements, translating into best practice, scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience.
Identify unused or underutilized platform features while owning data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed.
Work on user support tickets, technical documentation and manage the sandbox environment.
Manage integrated applications and third party suppliers (i.e., Conga, Salesloft, Gong, Drift, Lean Data, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Clari)
Here's what we're looking for:
Certified Salesforce Administrator
5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, by translating requirements into technical solutions while maintaining change management and governance.
Understanding of basic Salesforce triggers/Apex coding.
The impact you will have in 6 months:
Assist Revenue Operations team by taking ownership of new and existing support tickets processing SFDC cleanup and the optimization of processes, flows and integrations with third party software vendors.
Expert reviewer of current processes providing insights for improvement and knowledgeable documentation of new and existing system setup.
The impact you will have in 12 months:
Lead the implementation of software to change the way our company manages sales and account management territories helping to streamline next fiscal year’s sales kickoff and long term territory management.
Create an efficient way to process incoming support tickets and gathering requirements for projects, bringing focus and expert communication to the organization and improving the efficiency and productivity of the entire RevOps team.
