Your Day to Day
As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst, you would be working on:
Prioritizing & Discovering - You must be able to get up to speed quickly on new initiatives and the associated business processes and be able to pick up and put down work seamlessly
Collaborating & Documenting - You will lead requirements elicitation sessions, gain consensus among stakeholders and document current and future state requirements and process flows
Analyzing & Enhancing - You will think critically when assessing our Salesforce.com environment, identify areas for potential improvements, participate in design review sessions, liaise with the development team, and make declarative changes, where appropriate
Communicating - You will be communicating with stakeholders at various levels of the organization from end users to Senior Leadership. You must be able to tailor your communication style and mode to the audience and communicate effectively in-person, on the phone and over email and slack
What We’re Looking For
As a Salesforce Business Systems Analyst your background will look like:
  • 1-2 years of Salesforce.com experience, with knowledge of Sales & Service Cloud, Lightning Experience and Configure Price Quote (CPQ)
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce.com configuration
  • Smart, thorough, and able to work independently
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills with an ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers
