What You Will Do and Learn
We are looking for a Salesforce Associate.
Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Interact directly with clients to extract their needs
- Analyze customer needs, design, configure, and test customer solutions
- Resolve technical issues through debugging, research, and investigation
- Assist with production support issues as required
- Maintain effective working relationships with team members
- Mentor Analysts with domain knowledge and configuration questions
- Assist with configuration reviews to provide useful feedback
- Contribute to project and team documentation
- Deliver Salesforce training to our clients
- Stay current with latest Salesforce technologies and best practices within the industry
Qualifications:
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science and/or Management Information Systems
- 2+ years of recent demonstrated advisory and consulting expertise, specifically in SaaS technologies leading implementations or solution architecture development and business analysis
- Fundamental understanding of Accounting Concepts, Processes, and Procedures
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Strong ability to work in a team environment
