Job Description

The Salesforce Enablement Adoption Manager is a player/coach responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of Salesforce Enablement (SFE) Adoption team. The SFE Adoption team serves to ensure salesforce users have the support, guidance, tools and solutions needed to execute best practices as it relates to the Salesforce platform. This position will ensure Salesforce Users receive training, tools, guidance or support via adult learning methodologies.

Job Duties

  • Coach, develop, and lead the Salesforce Adoption team. Manage developmental and career paths.
  • Ensure adequate allocation of resources are available to the SFE Adoption team to effectively support/lead any training, regional meetings or other sessions in relation to
  • Salesforce Enablement application, and best practices

  • Serve as escalation path for Adoption team. Ensure communication flows between the Applications team, Support teams and Adoption teams to effectively support stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and efficient communications are delivered to Salesforce Users including but not limited to all enhancements, user impacting issues, platform awareness and best practices.

  • Ensure SFE Support team provides effective support to all Salesforce Users per business demands.

  • Establish and maintain department metrics for efficiency & defined customer care levels

  • Establish the roadmap to streamline and improve SFE Adoption processes and provide timely metrics and updates to management and stakeholders.
  • Validate sales training materials; Ensure FAQs are up to date; Document processes and work instructions. Maintain application and business process documentation regularly.

  • Identify application issues, best practices, and needs, and communicate findings to SFE Leadership

  • Ensure SFE platform is compliant. Respond to audit requests, internal and external in conjunction with the SFE Applications Manager.

  • Lead and execute trainings to Leadership on best practices, effective and compliant use of all platforms and responsibilities as it relates to SFE and Sales Operations.

  • Work globally with other SFE departments to align processes, policies and methodologies.

  • Performs all other related duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree is required or equivalent experience in Sales Operations, Training or Business Analyst role preferred.

  • Minimum 7 years of combined experience is required, including:
  • Managerial or supervisory experience.
  • Experience with processes, process development, optimization, training, or hands on data analysis with Excel.

  • Proven ability to train users of a system; Knowledge of adult-learning principles required.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Business Analyst experience or Certified Salesforce Professional highly preferred.
  • Training experience.

  • Ability to understand business needs, typical user behavior, and system capabilities and application of that knowledge to develop efficient and effective training and documentation.

  • Experience with Reporting and Analytics (Business Intelligence) platform such as Qlik, Tableau, Cognos, or Business Intelligence.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical team members.

  • Ability to be an evangelist for new processes and technology to our users, and be a champion of best practices, automation needs, compliance, Sales principles and platform integrity as it aligns to organizational goals.
