We are looking for a SalesForce CRM Manager to join our Information Technology team in St. Louis, Hoffman Estates or Milwaukee. With us, you will lead the efforts to improve functionality, efficiency, and integration of CRM solutions in a global environment.

What is exciting about this position?

Lead, manage and strategize the CRM to meet the business needs

Manage the SalesForce, Pardot and Showpad software platforms.

Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in from sales, marketing and support teams, to drive SalesForce automation and processes to improve operational efficiencies, provide solutions and enhancements to the CRM platform.

Create roadmaps, execute customer data solutions, and strategize and develop a sales, marketing, and support tools strategy for the continued evolution of the CRM digital platform.

Ensure close collaboration with leads for other digital platform technology within the company, e.g. JDE, Power BI to optimize processes, data flow, and provide a seamless customer experience.

Drive solution execution

Lead any projects (local or international) related to CRM and Marketing Automation platforms and enhancements, including coordinate integrations to SalesForce.

Apply best practice, code review, and proficiency with deployment best practices and perform impact analysis/regression testing.

Handle basic administrative functions including maintenance of user accounts, profiles, roles, sharing rules, field security, and permission sets in SalesForce.

Provide programs and guidance for support, training, and administration of the platform to minimize onboarding ramp up time, drive high utilization, and remove impediments from optimal usage.

What do you need to bring with you?

We need you to bring relevant experience in Salesforce (certified) and ideally overseeing Salesforce administrators & developers. Your excellent communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional stakeholder conversations will be crucial, along with your self-starter and business mindset to drive operational improvements to simplify processes and reduce costs.
