Description:

The Salesforce Product Business Analyst (BA) is a adaptable and versatile individual contributor that will interface with the Revenue Cycle Management functions as a subject matter expert integrating Information Technology and process Improvement capabilities. This individual will serve as a go to liaison for various activities, as driven by Revenue Cycle Management functions, relative to supporting process efficiencies, technology enhancements, and proactive support for strategic initiatives within the Salesforce platform. The Salesforce Product BA is responsible for working with the business and key stakeholders to identify, analyze, and capture business requirements for each initiative while ensuring features are being delivered as expected.


Essential Functions

  • Partner with Revenue Cycle Management function and its various stakeholders to manage business demand and features, identifying business value, and sequencing for the delivery team.
  • Measure, track, and report on value realization, performance metrics, and customer satisfaction relative to technology enablement and process improvements delivered.
  • Partner with business leadership to report on ideas and in-flight initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain salesforce feature artifacts for solution delivery including, but not limited to, process flows, business process design and requirements.
  • Develop and maintain processes that integrate Information Technology needs with the Revenue Cycle Management teams for feature delivery
  • As the point of contact for Salesforce development, manage and oversee a portfolio of work ensuring features are planned out and executed
  • Oversee the deployment process including, but not limited to, testing and user acceptance testing
  • Support IT operational activities that improve use of Information Technology Solutions for the Revenue Cycle Management teams
  • Participate in administrative staff meetings and attend other meetings.
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

. Requirements:

Required Education and Experience

  • 1-3 years' experience in roles that have integrated IT roles with the business driving process and technology solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) in Information Technology
  • Proven experience partnering with teams to deliver Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience in business analysis and building business requirements for delivering Revenue Cycle features in salesforce
  • Strong relationship experience where their results are direct result of trust, transparency, and collaborative efforts between customers and key stakeholders.
  • Healthcare background is preferred.
