ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Act as the main point of contact responsible for providing Salesforce-related guidance for all users in the company, as well as provide additional support to our sales operations team as required

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
include the following. Other duties may be assigned

Salesforce CPQ

    • Manage all day to day functions and user support/training for all users
    • Configure products in the system and adjust pricing as required
    • Responsible for managing all internal promotions in system
    • Provide maintenance for Advanced Approvals with efficiency and effectiveness, whenever necessary
    • Responsible for GPO discount management
    • Setup and configure order process in Salesforce CPQ

Partner Community

    • Communicate system changes to all users in the partner community in advance and train end users on the changes and how to utilize them, prior to implementation
    • Responsible for account management and overall experience for partners

Salesforce.com

    • Administrator for Salesforce.com and oversee the experience for all users
    • Administer, develop, and implement salesforce.com and custom applications – leveraging best practice solutions wherever possible
    • Build and maintain dashboards and ensure sales goals are clearly defined and reported on regularly
    • Manage and maintain integration with third party tools and salesforce

Operational Duties/Shared Services

    • Support Sales Operations in the payment of commission for dealers, account executives and business development managers across all modalities
    • Various shared service duties/functions that require additional support as requested by Management
    • Manage time effectively; prioritize and make good business judgments and decisions in relationship to efficiency, effectiveness

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    • Bachelors Degree in related field preferred
    • 3+ years of related experience preferred
    • Excellent written, oral, and documentation skills
    • In compliance with federal law, all persons hired will be required to verify identity and eligibility to work in the United States and to complete the required employment eligibility verification document form upon hire

COMPUTER & ANALYTICAL SKILLS

    • Must be able to assemble facts from various areas, analyze data, and provide informed recommendations to management
    • Must be able to work with minimal supervision, take charge of projects, and work effectively in a demanding, fast paced environment
    • Must be excellent with technology, be able to present using a laptop computer, and be able demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; as well as Outlook and Internet Explorer

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

    • Occasionally lift and /or move up to 80 pounds
    • Frequently required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands; and talk or hear
    • Must be able to sit for long periods of time
    • The noise level in the work environment is usually mild.
    • Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depth perception and Ability to adjust focus
    • Interaction with x-ray devices; for this reason strict safety and tracking programs are in place, requiring the utilization of dose monitoring equipment either full time or as necessitated by situation
