YOUR ROLE

The Global CRM Manager is responsible of owning the roadmap of Sales and Marketing related topic in CEVA’s global customer relationship management tool (C-View) to meet business requirements and ensure efficient processes and reporting.

In relation with Sales and Marketing key stakeholders and in alignment with Customer Care Strategy, he/she will define the roadmap and provide functional expertise to deliver it in relation with the internal IT salesforce factory (in charge of development).

He/she will be working on the day to day with CRM professional who are focusing in supporting him/her and the global users community, increasing adoption for the users, through implementation and training of new processes within C-View as well as day to day support.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ?

Product owner of Sales & Marketing part of the CRM with roadmap definition and requirements for execution

Management of roadmap delivery with internal IT Salesforce Factory (sprint planning) and budget follow up

Cooperation on level 2 issues raised to support

Support to Global Head of Customer Efficiency on ad hoc product (ex: integration of new companies, data governance, NPS)

Supervision of UAT/testing and implementation of new features and improvement with the CRM professional team as a support

Build an expertise of Salesforce to drive innovation and develop POC

Collaboration with Global CRM Manager on the Service side for shared items (ex : data governance)

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Bachelor’s degree (business administration, marketing, sales)

At least 8 years of experience working with a global CRM platform Salesforce.com in an international company with complex sales cycles as a CRM manager or functional analyst

Knowledge of Salesforce.com architecture

Experience of Quip

Certified in Sales Cloud by Salesforce

Experience on project management

Results oriented

Reliable and autonomous

Innovative thinking (Curious to find new solutions)

Ability to work on multiple projects with different deadlines at once

Excellent organizational and communication skills

Pragmatic, hand on, proactive mentality

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Ability to work in a dynamic and senior environment

Team player

Excellent command of the English language (written and verbal).
