We are looking for a Sales Cloud Developer, for our location in Frankfurt am Main. In this role you will be responsible for developing our Sales processes in Salesforce.
What will you be doing?
Enhance Sales Cloud functionalities in U Compass (internal CRM tool) (feature enhancements) and develop new features
Enhance team knowledge about Salesforce Customer Service cloud
Support on 1st line tickets, where knowledge is needed
Support other clouds, like Service, Pardot, Tableau CRM and XP Cloud, with the Salesforce knowledge
Sales Process development of Account and Contact Scoring Model, system supported
classification process, initialize an Account development process
Preparation of all Sales processes to be ready to be used in XP Cloud (where applicable)
What will you need?
3 years of experience in the Salesforce environment
Strong personal commitment, self-initiative person
Demonstrated ability to lead creativity and innovation
Strong problem solving skills
Mental closeness to SCRUM values (courage, focus, commitment, respect, openess)
