Prospero is looking for a talented Salesforce Administrator with sales cloud and service cloud experience who will use their skills to configure user experiences and optimize salesforce for Prospero campaign and engagement product team. The campaign and engagement team is a cross functional team with a mission is to build solutions for multi-channel outreach to potential patients and schedule clinical visits. In this role, you will create user accounts, manage permissions, configure campaigns, prospects, FSL service territories, and manage service resource assignments. Business processes optimization using the power of salesforce will be a key are of focus using your knowledge of Salesforce best practices. You will work in a scrum team environment focusing on Epics, Features, Stories, and Tasks defined by the team. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage salesforce workflows, roles, object configuration
  • Performance optimization of salesforce systems and products
  • Configure workflows, reporting, dashboards, and objects with leads, campaigns, and scheduling
  • DevOps process and engagement
  • Understand and contribute to requirements refinement.
  • Build out technical tasks associated with a user story
  • Demo new experiences to the team and leadership as needed
  • Possesses a strong bias to process and a fundamental understanding of end-to-end customer experience integration and dependencies.
  • Encourage the open exchange of information and viewpoints
  • Collaborate with other salesforce administrators and architects to share and grow knowledge.
  • Works with technical and solution architects to ensure the product fits within the standards of the suite of product platforms.
  • Perform other duties as necessary to support company objectives


Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in salesforce administration role
  • Salesforce certified administrator or salesforce certified advanced administrator
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working in an agile environment (e.g. user stories, iterative development, etc.)
  • Detail oriented with the ability to work with minimum/no supervision
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & strong work ethic, ability to get things done
  • Must possess high degree of integrity in working with others
  • Willing to take ownership of a feature or solution
  • Willingness to be part of a team-unit and cooperate in the accomplishment of departmental goals and objectives
  • Ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with all levels of staff, clients and the public
  • Physical - Requires walking/standing, sitting and lifting up to 30 lbs. Involves stooping, forward bending and crouching; involves travel by plane and/or automobile approximately 50% of the time.
  • Environmental - Requires capability of performing essential job functions in various office environments under various lighting and climate control tolerances.
  • Manual Dexterity - Requires use of hands, arms, and feet for occasional lifting; use of hands and arms to operate telephone, personal computer, other general office equipment and to record written information.
  • Audible/Visual - Requires ability to hear; requires ability to visually observe essential job functions for satisfactory job performance.
  • Dependable and reliable work ethic


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Salesforce Lead and Campaign Management
  • Experience with Field Service Lightning
  • Experience with writing and releasing Apex customization.
  • Knowledge acquired through a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business administration, computer science, data science, information science or related field, or equivalent work experience with a minimum of 5 years professional Information Technology experience.
  • 2+ years of experience of Healthcare or related experience
  • Experience with Data Integration implementations
