The Salesforce Administrator will be part of a team responsible for the day to day administration and support of Salesforce at Calabrio. This role will work closely with business users, upper level management, and other Salesforce administration/development resources to optimize the existing system and create new solutions that support Calabrio's business strategies and objectives. Calabrio's Salesforce org is global with 450+ users, utilizing Sales and Service Clouds, CPQ, Communities, and Pardot.

What you’ll be doing :

As a Salesforce Administrator at Calabrio you'll have the opportunity to wear many hats and work with a variety of business users and departments on all aspects of the software development lifecycle, including:

  • Business analysis. Working with users to understand their processes and identifying issues and opportunities for improvement.
  • Solution design. Translating business requirements into a solution following Salesforce best practices.
  • Build/development. Building a Salesforce solution to meet business requirements using both declarative and programmatic tools.
  • Testing, deployment, training, and support.

Additionally, you'll take the lead maintaining and optimizing existing Salesforce functionality to help drive user adoption and engagement. This includes user management, sharing/visibility, reporting/dashboards, custom objects and fields, automation including workflow rules, process builder and approval processes, validation rules, data management, and others. Other duties as assigned.

  • Ability to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks within a collaborative team environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, supporting critical business timelines like quarter and year end.
  • Drive and desire to learn and grow both technical and functional skill sets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, management information systems, computer science, or related discipline; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-2 years Salesforce administration experience.
  • Experience working with end users to gather, understand, and define business requirements.
  • Experience with CPQ, Communities, and Pardot.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with other systems.
  • Proficient in data management tools and processes.
  • Lightning user interface experience a plus.
  • Development experience (Apex, Visualforce, JavaScript) a plus.
  • Salesforce Administrator certification. Other certifications a plus.
