FLASH is looking for someone who wants an opportunity where they can help continually improve and enhance the Salesforce environment they support. Our Salesforce user experience is of great importance to us, therefore the Salesforce Administrator should enjoy all aspects of user management. Reporting to the Senior Manager of Business Operations Systems and joining a small but nimble team, the Salesforce Administrator will play a vital role in supporting an organization of >500 users.

The right candidate has a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and can quickly grasp our current setup and business objectives. What you'll do

    • Oversee role hierarchy, profiles, permissions, etc.
    • Manage system access including installed packages and related permissions.
    • Resolve Salesforce support issues involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Inbox, TaskRay, Conga, Totango, Loopio, KaPost, etc.
    • Author and maintain documentation (eventually utilizing Knowledge).
    • Develop and sometimes deliver training to functional area users.
    • Assist with data quality initiatives.
    • Build reports and dashboards for functional area executives and users.
    • Build and maintain document generation templates using Conga.
    • Assist with aspects of Salesforce CPQ such as Contract Pricing and Quote Term updates.

What you bring to the table

    • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Salesforce CPQ, and Salesforce Inbox, Trailblazer Adventurer Rank (minimum)
    • Certified Salesforce Administrator (required), Advanced Administrator, and Platform App Builder (desirable)
    • Experience developing training materials and training users
    • Experience gathering requirements and proposing technical solutions.
    • Understanding of Salesforce sharing and security (roles, profiles, permissions, OWD, sharing rules)
    • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, fields, page layouts, record types, custom settings, dashboards and reports.
    • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements.
    • A desire to implement best practice solutions.
    • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strong communication, organization, and eye for detail.
    • Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
    • Proficiency with Microsoft/ Google Suites and related applications.
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
