About This Role

We are looking for someone to lead the creation of a comprehensive end-to-end detailed solution with overall accountability for the technical design and delivery of the System Design Specification (SDS). You'll be exposed to stretch assignments as you take on large-scale, complex and/or enterprise-wide projects.

  • Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and internal systems.
  • Provide salesforce advice, identify and recommend best practices and processes.
  • Deliver solutions that increase the overall Salesforce user experience.
  • Resolve issues with salesforce
  • Provide guidance when scoping and delivering Salesforce solutions to meet business needs.
  • Work with internal teams to scope work and produce estimates to help define deliverables and timelines.
  • Work effectively individually and with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and success.
  • Conduct technical process reviews, technical UAT’s, and work in partnership with business analysts
  • Design and develop customer solutions in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visual force, Apex, JavaScript, and other technologies.
  • Technical code achieves passing rating during regular review.
  • Build integration jobs based on instructions and pre-established guidelines from a Technical Architect using existing tools available.
  • Facilitate code sharing and control by regularly submitting code to concurrent version system repository.
  • Ability to gather data migration requirements, define a data migration plan and perform complex data migrations requiring transformation using a database, and potentially containing very large data sets.
  • Analyze data quality requirements, define data quality plan and execute.
  • Effectively collaborates with project team to determine functional requirements
  • Able to effectively facilitate Technical Process Review sessions
  • Familiarity with the basic concepts of good UI design and ability to advise projects as to good UI design practices
  • Knowledge of Agile development practices, particularly sprint planning and assessment
  • Create and maintains documentation related to important support processes.

Job Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree or Technical Certificate.
  • 5-7 years relevant experience.

    • Undergraduate Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or similar (Technical certification) is required
    • 1+ years' experience working as a developer in Salesforce.com
    • 2+ years' experience with HTML, JavaScript, SOQL, SOSL, SQL, XML, jQuery, APEX, Visualforce
    • Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud
    • Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements, designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures, and implementing practical business solutions under multiple deadlines
    • Ability to prioritize, execute tasks, and deliver results on time
    • Ability to keep up with technology changes, including force.com releases, technologies and integration approaches between different applications
    • Experience with standard/custom object creation, validation rules, etc.
    • Experience in back-end development of Salesforce including but not limited to design of data models, a strong knowledge of SOQL, and usage of web technologies.
    • Experience with configuration and customization.
