We are looking to build our foundational Salesforce team as part of our growing Business Systems group. This role will report into the Director of Business Systems Engineering in CareRev’s engineering team. Salesforce is a critical component of CareRev’s success and we are searching for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who is passionate about solving business problems with technology and automating manual processes. This role will interact with all levels of the company and partner with business units to understand their needs.

What You’ll Do:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, OWD, sharing rules
  • Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • Sandbox environment management
  • Identify and gather requirements, translating into scalable solutions
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality, implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews, Release Updates, Health Check, and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Document processes and technical solutions
  • Work with integrated applications including PandaDoc, Gong, Chili Piper, Heroku Connect, CareRev’s bespoke application, Gmail, and Slack

What We’re Looking For:

  • Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 2+ years’ of Salesforce Administration hands-on experience with Sales Cloud
  • Experience with CI/CD pipeline such as Gearset/Flosum/Copado
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes, including (but not limited to): Workflow, Process Builder, Flow, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards and reports
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Excellent relationship-building skills with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to translate business needs into scalable and extensible technology solutions
  • Experience training end users and key stakeholders
  • Passionate about resolving end-user questions
  • An admin who demonstrates continued personal/professional development
