The Role
The Senior Data Analyst will work closely with our internal partners to gather requirements and find creative design solutions to manage our business process into Sitetracker and Salesforce most effectively. Primary responsibilities will be in Sitetracker development and maintenance. You will be responsible for propelling the quality of our implementations. With a strong attention to detail and a creative mind, you will drive success by working with a strongly committed and collaborative team that is laser focused on making a difference to the teams that we work with.
The Main Responsibilities
- Lead implementations with enterprise-level partners from kickoff to go-live
- Gather requirements from partners and designing software solutions based on complex business processes and requirements
- Attack timelines and deliverables to ensure project goals are met
- Identify areas of implementation process improvements based on latest Sitetracker product features
- Utilize your strong understanding of database principles to create efficient solutions
- Organize multiple ongoing projects and able to troubleshoot issues with precise attention to detail
- Learn new tools and software and leverage them to develop a thoughtful, analytical insights
- Thrive in a dynamic and partner-focused environment
- Lead small teams to achieve technical initiatives
- Perform analysis on partner data and build reports/dashboards based on partner specifications
- Configure/develop Salesforce in a client facing environment is preferred
- Manipulate and conduct data analysis on large data sets, generally through advanced use of Microsoft Excel and/or Oracle
- Provides business analysis and support for Operations Planning & Strategy
- Generates ad hoc reports along with creation and presentation of quality dashboards that provide operational visibility to the business unit(s).
- Defines and provides data evidence to support business cases and quantify business opportunities for optimization
- Defines the data gathered and determines patterns pertaining to KPIs and business challenges
- Provides data to support ‘control’ of delivered solutions (value realization)
- Develops high quality graphs, reports, and presentations of data results. Performs statistical analyses for the Execution Team and other planning and strategy functions.
- Identifies, analyzes, and interprets trends or patterns in sometimes complex data sets. Present standard data sets and information in an understandable and compelling manner
- Executes different data analytics to ensure the completeness, quality, and consistency of data used for analytics across systems.
- Identifies, analyzes, documents, and improves existing business processes. This includes automation, database creation/management and process development activities
- Confirms business assumptions with data driven facts
- Collaborates with Data Scientists and PMO Team on data results and findings
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and 3+ years related experience
- Sitetracker Administration/Project Template Creation experience
- Salesforce Administration experience
- SQL/Oracle experience
- Strong analytical skills including analysis of large and complex datasets
- Strong business knowledge
- High level of mathematical ability
- Key Performance Indicators (KPI) Development
- A methodical and logical approach
- Problem solving skills
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage time effectively, in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to work independently or in a team
- Ability to establish and maintain working relationships with individuals at all levels
- Ability to efficiently utilize MS Office Suite of Applications specially Word, Excel, Teams and PowerPoint
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Telecommunications industry experience
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI
- Python Knowledge

Salary Min : 57600
Salary Max : 128400
This information reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position based on current national data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience and other relevant factors.
This position is eligible for either short-term incentives or sales compensation. Director and VP positions also are eligible for long-term incentive.
