Fossil is hiring a Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineer to develop our global and regional CRM practices. You will be part of a growing team of other mid to senior level Salesforce Marketing Cloud engineers. The primary role is to develop, test, and implement data extensions and automations for the platform. Responsibilities include prompt and complete resolution to issues, aligning both business and technical considerations, and participation in the execution of test plans, ensuring quality solutions are delivered.

Responsibilities

• Technical knowledge on Platform
• Collaboration with mid-level and senior engineers
• Implementation of defined business logic
• SQL based query development, data management and optimization
• Dynamic and complex scripting solutions
• Perform testing and quality assurance practices
• Achieve Success and Longevity through up-to-date insights into market changes or trends
• Prioritizes a growth mindset in the workplace

• Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects
• SQL query (in relation to SFMC) knowledge
• Demonstrated understanding of best practices in development
• Basic project management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Knowledge of enterprise software applications (CRM, POS, SFA)
• Embraces a data-driven, decision-making mindset

Requirements

• Experience developing technical documentation
• Exposure to all relevant SFMC Studios (Mobile, Web, Email, etc.)
• Knowledge of SFMC SSJS or API
• Relevant four year college degree or equivalent experience
