We are now looking to add a Junior Salesforce Administrator to #TeamGreen based in Denver, Colorado, or remotely anywhere in the US!

The Junior Salesforce Administrator will provide critical support for the sales organization in the areas of Salesforce, reporting and Sales processes.

What you will be doing:

Responsibilities

    • Assist in supporting Sales, Customer Success, Alliances and Communities teams with Salesforce
    • Manage basic Salesforce administrative functions (user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, record ownership changes and other routine tasks)
    • Assist the Salesforce administrators in creating workflow rules, process builders and flows
    • Maintain data hygiene and adhere to data best practices
    • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce support for the Sales team
    • Own Salesforce reporting requests from Sales and triage Salesforce-related Sales tickets (merging records, account ownership changes, tagging, etc.)
    • Assist with Salesforce integrations
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement within Salesforce

Technical/Role Specific

    • 1+ year Salesforce practical working experience
    • Salesforce certification a plus
    • Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once and prioritize

    • Ability to learn quickly
    • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
