Job Description:

  • 6+ years of experience working on Salesforce platforms
  • Good experience with out of the box features (Flows/Process builder/custom settings etc.)
  • Software engineering skills with Force.com Platform (Aura Components, SOQL etc.)
  • Prior experience with Lightning implementation and/or building LWC
  • Experience architecting and developing complex technical solutions in the Salesforce platform using Apex, JavaScript, LWC/Visualforce
  • Strong JavaScript skills at the leading edge of today’s web development
  • Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, css, jQuery
  • Experience and knowledge in data modelling, ETL tools
  • Experience with web services (REST & SOAP, JSON, XML)
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies such as SCRUM
  • Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge and experience with complex business systems integrations as well as object-oriented design patterns and development
  • Good understanding of the Salesforce architecture in terms of data model, integration patterns and design patterns.
  • Experience writing scalable, reusable code with well written unit tests
  • Provide technical support for integration with Salesforce, in-house systems, and third-party systems

Areas of Responsibility

  • Meet with clients to determine business, functional and technical requirements and participate in application design, configuration, testing and deployment
  • Participate in efforts to develop and execute testing, training, and documentation
  • Willing to be hands-on in producing tangible deliverables (design deliverables, status reports, project plans)
  • Proactively engage on continuous improvement efforts of application design, support, and practice development efforts.
  • Provide technical assistance and end user troubleshooting for bug fixes, enhancement, and how-to assistance.

  • Integrate multiple systems with Salesforce, including internal proprietary and third-party applications
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advise on alternatives and on the implications of new or revised processing analysis
  • Develop, document, and enforce application standards and procedures
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Coach and mentor junior technical and functional team members

  • Platform App Builder
  • Administrator
  • Platform Developer-I

Preferred Certifications:


  • Advanced Administrator
  • Platform Developer-II
  • UI/UX Design

Required Education: Bachelors Degree

Required Experience: 6 years
