We, the Business Process Automation team (BPA) at Smart, maximize Smart’s efficiency by enabling easy and permanent access to quality data, connecting pieces of software together to create business value. Our responsibility is to ensure fast, accurate delivery of the data within the company : The right data, at the right place at the right time. We truly believe in automation and technology to overcome manual repetitive tasks and make the best possible use of our time and brain.

Business Strategy & Process team is responsible for identifying business frictions, design process and processes and tools enhancements to overcome them

✏️ What you'll do

    • Work closely with different stakeholders to develop analyses that lead to actionable business or product insights
    • Responsible for the delivery of advanced analytics, reporting and BI applications to facilitate company-wide awareness and understanding of key business metrics
    • Define, monitor and advise on KPIs and metrics along with different teams (BPA, Support, Sales, Marketing…)
    • Help create data quality requirements, rules, and standards
    • Documente and enforce rules around data collection, storage and use
    • Help establish data quality metrics

About you

    • Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative or business field (Economics, Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
    • You are fluent in English.
    • Experience in data matching and analysis in Excel required.
    • Familiarity with data manipulation languages such as SQL or SOQL is a strong plus.
    • Basic knowledge of Salesforce administration would be a plus.
    • You can demonstrate your ability to solve problems end to end.
    • Ability to present results to both technical and non-technical audiences
    • You have a real interest in the online Advertising market and the impact of high-performance technology in this market.
