Salesforce QA

RedCloud is seeking a Salesforce QA/Tester to support immediate client operations. RedCloud Consulting is a business and IT consulting company with local Puget Sound Enterprise and Mid-sized clients. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Provide in-depth troubleshooting skills to assist in resolving errors and performance issues. Collaborate with the Salesforce team regarding application support, helping to oversee the communication, analysis, testing, and implementation as the need arises.
• Participate in modeling and design sessions with developers and in-house customers
• Demonstrate excellent organizational skills and attention to details; manage issues, risks, and status.
• Schedule, facilitate and drive meetings; provide agendas and leadership, follow-up, accountability.
• Apply knowledge of Salesforce, Apex, Visualforce, Flows, related tools, technologies, and best-practices.
• Remain aware and up to date of product developments that translate into environmental or code modifications.
• Leverage pre-defined processes, instructions, guidelines, and policies to perform day to day tasks.
• Work closely with development team to ensure processes, procedures, and best practices.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline or equivalent professional experience
• 3+ years of overall IT/development experience with an emphasis on web-based integrations
• 3+ years of working experience in with Salesforce.com and integrations with Enterprise IT organizations
• Experience in Salesforce (or other CRM systems) configuration, customization, and development. Salesforce Certifications desired.
• Knowledge of all the Salesforce Declarative Programming and Administration capabilities, including Apex, custom objects, visual force pages, reports, and workflow rules is highly preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively on a technical and non-technical level to all stakeholders.
• Ability to present the ongoing results of the migration, and help shareholders understand the benefits of the platform.
