Digital Salesforce Solutions Architect

An employer in the Cincinnati, OH area is seeking a Digital Salesforce Solutions Architect, to join their Data & Architect team. The Digital Salesforce Solutions Architect is responsible for defining, gathering requirements, designing, and building moderately complex interactions on the Salesforce platform that are easy to use and compliant. You are looking to grow your knowledge of integrations to and from the Salesforce platform, understands a complex data model, and is willing to take the next step from declarative object building via Process Builders and Flows to programmatic solutions using Apex. You are a team player that has a passion to learn new skills and enjoys working with business leaders to help translate complicated requests into simple to understand requirements as part of an organization whose passion is to help communities grow and prosper though innovative banking solutions and community development initiatives.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

Builds out Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts applying your understanding of the basic Salesforce Relationship Model

Imports data with tools such as Dataloader and DemandTools and supports daily and real-time data integrations on multiple platforms Translate requirements into Solutions designed and built on Salesforce platform

Part of their day is spent meeting with stakeholders, getting the requirements, being able to answer & ask good questions, to then come back to the team and explain in detail what theyll need to execute on from what the stakeholder is asking.

Builds, creates, and sustains solutions that are compliant with all regulatory and audit requirements through the use of Agile methodology Creates and documents user stories, acceptance criteria, and non-functional requirements to clearly articulate the why (not just the how) that will enable seamless, highly-performant digital products.

Works with product owners to create visuals and other documentation that transform a business case into easy-to-understand workflows and diagrams that clearly communicate how the solution works, impact to existing processes, and how First Financial associates and clients will be affected by new experiences

Ability to work independently or part of a collaborative team and has a passion for researching and learning to obtain new skills and solutions experience

Regulated industry experience (Medical/medical device, Banking, HIPAA)

Bachelors Degree

• 3-5 years of data integration experience designing and developing solutions that integrate into the Salesforce platform

APEX & API Integrations & Development experience. (Gearset, Autorabit, etc.)

o Being able to get data to move around API, make the tools, & get data back & forth

• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM 201)

• Management/ Process Leadership experience at a technical level

• Great people skills and willingness to learn and get exposure to a new style of doing things

o Build relationships with stakeholders, execute & deliver on what the stakeholder is asking

• Basic knowledge of SQL and Salesforce SOQL, and end-to-end work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, JQuery
