Job Description
OVERVIEW
LogMeIn’s growing Salesforce.com implementation consists of approximately 2000 users spanning sales, care, marketing, finance, legal, product and development. This diverse set of users rely on the Business Applications team to support and implement all the various functions within Salesforce.com. Years of customization provide a unique opportunity to eliminate complexity and streamline process to maximize user efficiency. The Business Applications team is also responsible for other technologies within the Salesforce.com ecosystem including Playbooks, Docusign, Conga, Distribution Engine and D&B.
The Salesforce.com Administrator will work closely with our Salesforce end users to support our operations in Salesforce and related tools. They will be responsible for configurations, general administration, maintenance, troubleshooting, and consultation on large initiative associated with the Salesforce database.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Setup and Support of Salesforce users
Work with various teams across the organization to implement department needs and requests within the Salesforce system
Gather and accommodate end-user requests or changes to Salesforce
Recommend and implement Salesforce based solutions and process changes
Maintain data integrity within Salesforce
Importing/exporting Salesforce data from various sources
Establish and continually enhance user-based dashboards and analytics including on-demand reporting
Build and manage page layouts, workflow rules, field creation, etc.
Other tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
Ability and experience in developing and supporting applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Community, Chatter and the Force.com platform
2-4 years direct Salesforce System Administrator experience
Thorough understanding of security, workflows, formulas, custom objects/fields within Salesforce
Experience documenting and analyzing processes within Salesforce
Strong skills in Microsoft Office suite; especially MS Excel
Salesforce certification is preferred
Working knowledge of Visualforce/APEX for troubleshooting purposes
Experience with database administration is preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred (preferably Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field)
