Function responsibility:

Implementation of the CRM tools, including develop functionalities support, maintenance, follow up integration process between Salesforce and SAP as the ERP.

Action plan (Short Term):

Development of reporting tools on Salesforce tool
Guarantee support on integration of Salesforce tool with new ERP (SAP)
Maintain good data in system
Develop sales control functionalities at all levels of the organization

Profile:

Business degree

CRM Salesforce implementation experience (3 years), preferentially experience in ERP SAP

Relevant experience (3 years) with business at international level

IT (key-user level) skills and excellent communication capabilities

Windows office professional user

English and Spanish languages proficiency level. Portuguese and French business level a plus

Willingness to occasionally travel nationally and internationally

Professional skills:
