Great opportunity to join a young, innovative and proactive team, creating an exceptional work environment. PromoFarma by DocMorris wants to incorporate a CRM Specialist for the Marketing and Growth Team. You will be part of the CRM team and you will be involved in the planning and development of initiatives that will contribute to make PromoFarma/DocMorris into a more customer-centric brand and will improve the purchase repetition and customer loyalty.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Elaboration of Email, SMS, and push mobile campaigns
  • Developing A/B Tests for the improvement of the KPIs in the strategy of CRM
  • Developing strategy and actions to increase customer loyalty and repetition
  • Producing creative texts for the website, emails, marketing campaigns, and banners
  • Assisting in the loyalty and Member get Member programmes
  • Assisting in the elaboration of the weekly and monthly reports
  • Planning and developing visibility and promotional campaigns
  • Assisting in the marketing strategy for the Spanish and Crossborder Market
  • Working with different departments within the company to create a comprehensive strategy: product, brand, traffic, customer service, business, and engineering

  • Education: Advertising, Communication, Marketing, ADE, Economics or similar
  • Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • High English and native Spanish
  • Experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Excellence: organizational skills, planning, orientation to the detail and working under pressure
  • Ability to Analyze and Solve complex problems
  • Person eager to learn, evolve and work within a team
  • Creative, proactive, decisive and dynamic
  • Participation in brainstormings, conceptualizations and definition of the creativities of the campaigns
