SmartRent is an enterprise home automation and smart building technology platform purpose built for the multifamily and single-family housing industry. Our extensive product line consists of web and mobile software for property owners, home builders, managers, residents, guest and system installers as well as connected hardware that remotely monitors and controls smart locks, readers, gates, lights, thermostats, outlets, cameras and sensors etc. SmartRent streamlines operations for community staff, enhances the prospect, resident and guest experiences and provides property owners and builders with a digital layer of asset protection. We are expanding quickly and building a dedicated team to support our rapid growth in the smart homes market.

Responsibilities
  • Participate in the development of business solutions using Force.com and other technologies.
  • Prepare documentation including requirements, design documentation, test cases and other documentation as required through the project lifecycle.
  • Analyze, design, and configure software to develop and implement systems to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Responsible for supporting the maintenance of the functional areas of data management, dashboards, reports, etc. as well as maintaining and troubleshooting existing configurations and development
  • Managing CRM roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Documenting processes including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Participate in cross-functional teams that address strategic business issues involving CRM and business operations, act in a consultative capacity to ensure Salesforce.com optimization.
  • Contribute and assist with other company/department projects and initiatives related to Salesforce interaction with other business applications.
  • Adhere to and enforce the appropriate information security policies based on the sensitivity of company data and report any security related issues
  • Reduce risk of theft, fraud, or misuse of information assets by acting as the data steward for the systems and/or application(s) you administer

Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator for a wholesale lender.
  • Salesforce certified
  • Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating Salesforce reports.
  • Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $90,000.00 per year
