Boeing Global Services (BGS) is currently looking for an Experienced Salesforce Administrator to join their team in Seattle, WA, Bellevue, WA, Everett, WA, Kent, WA, Tukwila, WA, El Segundo, CA, Seal Beach, CA, Long Beach, CA, Los Angeles, CA, Huntington Beach, CA , Mesa, AZ, North Charleston, SC, Plano, TX, Aurora, CO, Colorado Springs, CO . This position will focus on supporting the Boeing Global Services Commercial users.

This position helps ensure that BGS capitalizes on the benefits offered by the Salesforce platform. In this role, your duties will include creating user accounts, maintaining databases, and training staff on the effective use of Salesforce products. The Salesforce administrator will support Sales, Marketing and Service Cloud platforms. Salesforce administrators ensure that their Salesforce expertise translates into optimized sales, marketing and service team operations.

Position Responsibilities:
Ensuring optimal performance of Salesforce systems and products.

Upgrading and configuring Salesforce systems for optimized integration.

Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.

Importing sales department leads, contacts, and other data.

Maintaining the sales cloud, as well as building custom reports and dashboards.

Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.

Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.

Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.

Preparing reports for sales and other departments.

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

​ Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
Confident in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities, and able to multi-task and manage expectations

Salesforce badges and/or certifications

1+ years of experience designing, building, and testing applications on the Salesforce.com platform

3+ years of experience supporting end users in a customer service role

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator in a similar environment

1+ years of experience as a systems administrator

Salesforce advanced administrator certification

Experience in the administration and maintenance of Salesforce systems

Experience in performing Salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration

Ability to create and maintain Salesforce databases

In-depth knowledge of Salesforce products and their functionalities

Proficiency in creating Salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access

Knowledge of importing data and generating Salesforce reports

Ability to provide Salesforce training and end-user support

Typical Education & Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.)
