What we're looking for:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive leader to join our team!

You are Salesforce Admin 201 certified, Advanced Admin certification preferred. Direct administration of Salesforce Service Cloud experience preferred, but not required.

You have 3-5 years experience administering the Salesforce Service Cloud platform configuring sophisticated automations, flows, custom objects, BOTs, page layouts and other common administrative tasks.

You can write clear, complete functional specifications and system use cases for business requirements and high-level design documentation.

You have the ability to communicate and translate business requirements optimally between functions and technical teams.

You have the experience to analyze new insights and change requests to resolve potential solutions.

You can prioritize your work based on business objectives, added new value, and existing requests within the portfolio.

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain and support the objectives of current Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) and Sales Force Automation
  • Demonstrate proficient level of business acuity to identify and communicate impacts to departmental partners and/or other platforms or business process owners
  • Independently handle day-to-day work assignments, completions, follow-up and related deliverables. Raising any issues to management attention with independence and correct degree of judgement/vitality.
  • Supervise and analyze data.
  • Participate in new projects and work with business and technical team members on initiatives which may involve process improvements, system enhancements, or the development of new applications or software.
  • Work with Services organization to understand changing requirements and implement systems and data changes as necessary.
  • Act as domain guide to other teams.
  • Participate in the IT improvement process.
  • Ensure that sales-impacting enhancement requests are effectively qualified, prioritized, and implemented.
  • Maintain user groups, roles and access rights, custom fields, record types and page layouts in Salesforce.com.
  • Maintain changes to standard and custom fields, page layouts, and record types.
  • Maintain, enhance and create workflows, functions and configurations and provide system administration of the Salesforce.com environment.
  • Create new sophisticated reports reporting capabilities and respond to ad-hoc reporting requests.
  • Deliver training and coaching in the use of sales force automation and CRM systems. Identify training and development gaps and create plans to address.
  • Participate in New Hire Orientation presentations.
  • Coordinate in user acceptance testing as needed. Help define standard methodologies.
  • Define test scenarios.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
  • 3-5 years of Systems Management experience preferably on the Salesforce.com platform.
  • Salesforce ADMIN 201 certification; Advanced Admin with Service Cloud experience preferred.
