Immediately seeking a strong 100% REMOTE Salesforce Developer with the following skills-

Need to have 2+ years of experience in hands on development and configuration within an enterprise version of salesforce

Salesforce Admin certification required.

The Salesforce Developer will partner with our Product Management team to design, develop and deliver innovation with our Customer Relationship Management Platforms to provide new ways to delight our customers and deliver revenue for Intuit. In this role you will personalize our agents' tool experiences through rapid prototyping, agile development and coordinated releases.

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering new technology and experiences at scale in a platform and services-oriented architecture.

In addition, this person must have a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, including technologists, product managers, engineers, and senior leadership.

Deliver new solutions, enhancements, and run-the-business requests through configuration and development in a large, complex Salesforce implementation based on user stories and requirements.

Understand and communicate impacts and dependencies of changes from an end-to-end perspective.

Ensure solutions meet enterprise development standards and adhere to governance processes.

Develop and maintain test automation suites to ensure high quality.

Own the entire lifecycle for deliverables from requirements through development, testing, deployment, and production support.

Troubleshoot issues and identify root cause for defects.

Salesforce admin or developer certification

Skills: Solid knowledge and hands on configuration and/or development experience with the Salesforce platform required. Salesforce Administrator or Developer certification or equivalent work experience required. Experience using GitHub, Visual Studio Code, Data Loader or test automation tools a plus. Demonstrated ability to solve problems and quickly learn new technologies. Experience with Agile development and methodologies. A strong sense of urgency to help customers and to deliver high quality, innovative experiences. BS or BA Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.

Sf cert is preferred due to the core functionality- customer success uses service cloud, knowledge of this is highly preferred, the cert is a plus!

Need to hand 2+ years of experience in hands on development and configuration within an enterprise version of salesforce. they support the b2b sales org.

This role is part of the salesforce engineering team. However, the role is expected to do hands on configuration- looking for salesforce admin and config background, but if there are candidates that have some development, that is great too. Looking for a blend or just admin and config- configuring apps, page layouts. Profiles

Roles will also be responsible for their own testing with their test automation tool.

They don’t have to have the experience but need to be able to learn this.

Role will also be responsible for putting their changes into their version control (github) This is how we move changes between environments. There is a lot of governance in place on how we manage changes in different SF environments.

If you have dev experience with apex class and lightings- that is great

We try to do config first, but we do develop as well- so looking for a blend or either.

We will be working with enhancements and running business requests for a sales org, so having sales cloud or sales processes is helpful.

As far as the depth, ideally 2 years of hands on configuration and managed packages, reports, dashboards, dataloader is also a plus.
