Salesforce Email Architect (Remote opportunity)

Salesforce Email Architect will be a part of a team developing constituent-facing communication. This position will support the development and execution of email and SMS messaging to prospective and current students. There will be flex space available on the UNL campus to allow for occasional on-campus work days.

Associate’s and 1 year of experience, including experience with coding and testing responsive email templates; equivalent education/experience will be considered. Experience with CRM or other relational databases. Experience with HTML/CSS. Familiarity with responsive email design. Significant experience with MS Office products. Exceptional attention to detail.Strong problem solving skills. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in the accomplishment of a goal. Effective listening and communication skills. Ability to work independently showing initiative. Flexibility necessary for development of new systems and enhancements to existing systems. Willingness and ability to work in a change-oriented environment.

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 3 years of experience, including experience with coding and testing responsive email templates. Experience with Salesforce/TargetX . Development of SMS templates

Familiarity with TCPA SMS regulations. Filter/query building experience in CRM software

Development of email marketing analytics. Experience training end-users. Report building experience. Ability to understand basic queries. Higher education experience
