Overview:AceInfo is developing a system for a Federal client that will modernize and consolidate multiple legacy systems into a new, modernized solution using a Salesforce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. We are establishing a new team to design, develop and deploy the application incrementally using agile processes. As the Salesforce administrator for the team, you will be focused on platform customization, efficiency, and management, as well as other Salesforce administrative tasks.Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Analyze requirements and understand the best ways to enable product owners and users to effectively perform their jobs leveraging Salesforce capabilities.
  • Customize the solution platform with Salesforce SaaS.
  • Make it as easy as possible for users of any technical level to use Salesforce.
  • Mange the cloud-based ecosystem of Salesforce to ensure that business processes are automated and executed seamlessly.
  • Ensure the application is running efficiently on the platform and ensuring critical business data is being entered.
  • Conducting periodic checks and suggesting changes that should be made to the platform to improve the execution of business processes (where possible).
  • Responsible to keep a check on the restrictions set on the accessibility of sensitive business data by the user accounts.
  • Managing all the executive functions pertaining to this solutions’ administration, such as maintaining all records, dashboards, user accounts and all additional conventional tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Upgrading and configuring salesforce systems for optimized integration.
  • Managing Salesforce roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows, and groups.
  • Maintaining the solution and build custom reports and dashboards.
  • Performing database maintenance tasks, including diagnostic tests and duplicate entry cleansing.
  • Evaluating and installing new Salesforce releases, as well as providing training and support.
  • Documenting processes, including error reports and changes to field history tables.
  • Preparing reports as required.Requirements:


Required qualifications:


  • 2+ years’ experience as a salesforce administrator.
  • Experience in the administration and maintenance of salesforce systems.
  • Experience in performing salesforce upgrades and ensuring successful integration.
  • Exceptional ability to create and maintain salesforce databases.
  • In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities.
  • Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access.
  • Knowledge of importing sales data and generating salesforce reports.
  • Excellent communication skills and proficient in interacting a wide array of stakeholders.
  • Excellent skills for analyzing business data.
  • Excellent data administration and problem-solving skills.


Preferred qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in computer science.
  • Familiarity with TSA or similar DHS customer.
  • Experience working in an agile/scrum environment.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD processes.
  • Preferred certifications:
    • Salesforce certified Administrator (Entry and/or Mid level)
Additional Requirements
  • Successful candidates must be a US Citizen and eligible for a Public Trust clearance.
