Overview:

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced Technology Business Analyst who has Salesforce Administration experience. You will perform a number of duties including providing general application support, serving as an important team member on a variety of different projects, and serving as an internal consultant to help optimize business processes that leverage the firm's business technologies. You will report to an Application Development Team Leader.

The Day-to-Day:
  • Partner with your business customers to understand their current and future process and system needs
  • Provide advice and alternatives to your business partners for proposed process and system changes
  • Elicit requirements and develop specifications and user stories for maintenance items, enhancements, and project-related needs
  • Serve as a liaison between internal business customers, vendors, and the Technology Team
  • Assist with business case development and estimation for projects and other business initiatives
  • Manage configuration of the applications you support
  • Provide Project Management for small to mid-sized projects
  • Provide support for application-related issues
  • Develop and maintain application road maps for your assigned applications
  • Coordinate application testing to ensure system changes are ready for production use
  • Develop and maintain documentation for your assigned applications
  • Work as a member of an Agile team
Your Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Math, or other Science field
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Technology Business Analyst and knowledge of best practices and methods
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
  • Cvent Event Management experience is desired
  • Experience with Waterfall and Agile frameworks and their associated deliverables
  • Hands-on experience configuring and supporting custom ERP, CRM or similar business applications
  • Proficiency with SQL and data analysis
  • Proficiency with process diagramming and project management tools
  • U.S. candidates must be fully vaccinated as defined by the medical community against COVID-19 and provide proof of such vaccination by date of hire
