EverCommerce is looking for a Salesforce Administrator to join our Business Operations team. You will play a key role in consulting with subsidiaries on operational initiatives and helping them run as efficiently as possible.

You:
You are an experienced salesforce administrator who has experience in project management. You are passionate about proactively identifying business problems and developing updated processes and platforms to resolve them. You have a data first mentality and strong understanding of how to navigate relational databases. You’re a skilled and organized communicator who has no problem driving long term projects through to completion.You believe people and processes are just as important as the product you deliver.

Although we are headquartered in Denver, the EverCommerce team is distributed globally, so we are used to work remotely across different time zones. If you're close to one of our offices, we can set you up in-office or with a hybrid schedule, or this role can be based any where in the US or Canada. Proper work authorizations are required, and sponsorship is not available.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the BizOps leader in leading the current state evaluation of our subsidiary businesses and lead the process and systems documentation efforts
  • Support the BizOps leader in developing the project scope for consolidating multiple operations into one tech-stack, contributing ideas and proposed solutions
  • Own your project action items and support our Project Managers in maintaining detailed project plans for each transformation effort
  • Collaborate with our Admin team to co-author administrative best practices, and frameworks for implementing and maintaining those best practices across the portfolio
  • Drive the data migration exercises for subsidiaries moving from one platform to another within these consolidation projects
  • Provide administrative support and development bandwidth across varying platforms in the following categories:
    • CRMs (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
    • Sales Enablement solutions (Salesforce HVS, SalesLoft, Outreach, InsideSales, etc.)
    • Telephony solutions (Talkdesk, Dialpad, Ring Central, Lightning Dialer, etc.)
    • Support Platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk, Zoho Desk, Freshdesk, etc.)
Requirements:
  • You have 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce administrator, power user, or other related database ownership experience
  • You have worked in an agile environment or with software development products like JIRA and their equivalent
  • You have experience working with SFDC Experience Cloud, SFDC Knowledge, SFDC CPQ (nice to have)
  • You’re comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and energized by meeting short-term business demands
  • You have excellent attention to detail and willingness to pitch in when necessary

Compensation: The target compensation for this position is $80,000-$100,000 USD in most remote locations. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.
