Why this job’s a big deal:
As the Salesforce Admin for the Strategic Partnerships unit, you will be supporting the growth and improvement of the Salesforce platform across several departments. You will partner with the Product and Platform groups to identify, analyze, and enhance current processes and create new scalable process opportunities for this fast-growing strategic business! If you are a proactive problem solver that has a passion for process improvements, driving efficiencies, and managing Salesforce – this job is for you!
In this role you will get to:
  • Create solutions to optimize operations and processes by enabling and supporting Salesforce and third-party integrations
  • Consulting on Salesforce solutions, development, and best practices
  • Design, build, and test scalable enhancements within Salesforce
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process improvements
  • Develop a documentation strategy to create, publish, and maintain technical and functional documents as related to Salesforce and corresponding third-party integrated systems.

Who you are:
  • Bachelor’s degree, ideally in Business or Technology
  • 3+ years of experience designing and implementing Salesforce solutions including Salesforce Sales and Service Cloud
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Decompose features into user stories, coordinating creation of dependencies with other teams as advised by Product Managers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to clearly articulate strategic, business, and technical subjects.
  • Ability to prioritize workload supporting multiple high priority partners and company needs
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus
