We are currently seeking a Sr. Salesforce Cloud Consultant to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia (US-GA), United States (US).
- Full Time Remote
Summary:
- Engagements will require the hands-on participation of the Cloud Consultant as a subject matter expert and/or application expert.
- Host business requirements meetings with the client
- Work as a knowledgeable liaison between technical teams, testing teams and business stakeholders
- Author business use cases & user stories - Host presentations of prototypes/demos with business users
- Configuration and testing of Salesforce functionality during implementations
- Assist with the writing of business requirements documents for developers & data consultants
- Assist with User Acceptance testing
Nice to have Skills:
- Salesforce Certifications: Admin, SalesCloud Consultant, ServiceCloud Consultant and Platform App Builder preferable
- Prior experience with the configuration & implementation of Salesforce.com functionality
- Firm understanding of Salesforce.com best practices - Prior experience working on an agile project
- Have knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Salesforce Sales, Service, Communities or Custom cloud
- Prior hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration: creating pages, tabs, views, filters, validation rules, workflows, process builder, cloud flow designer, approvals, profiles, role, security permissions, custom objects, custom fields, relationships, reports/dashboards, lightning UI and other configuration related activities
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Salesforce consulting experience
- 4+ years of overall consulting/ working experience
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- Salesforce Certifications: At least one Salesforce certification required
