- Acts in a lead technical role providing technical guidance and consultation with application teams, clients, and Engineering Managers for their technology domain environments including but not limited to cloud, middleware, operating systems, applications, Software-as-a-Service, and Platform-as-a-Service products.
- Design, code, test, debug and document programs using Agile development practices. Provides the strategy and design for projects associated with their technology domain including, upgrades and deployments.
- Utilizes advanced technologies and methods to integrate their technology domain with other technology domains, enabling the creation of new or expanded heterogeneous environments.
- Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures.
- Directs the gathering of performance statistics to assist in determining hardware and communication tools needed to support projected transaction volumes, response time and system availability targets.
- As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of highly complex technical problems.
- Leads projects and manages the work of less experienced staff.
- Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported technology domain.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of software engineering experience- A BS/BA degree or higher
- 7 + years of .Net and Java application development experience or a combination of both
- 2+ years of Salesforce experience
Desired Qualifications
An industry-standard technology certification- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- 5+ years of Object Oriented experience
- 5+ years of JavaScript framework experience (YUI, Angular, Node)
- Experience working with robotic process automation technologies
Other Desired Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience working development, interacting with the client and other vendors; participation & support for UAT, and support release management to the different environments.
- Good knowledge of technologies like C#, ASP.NET, Java, Angular JS, MVC, WCF, Web API, Web Services, JavaScript, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, XML, JSON
- The applicant must have strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills and the ability to complete assigned work with minimal instruction and supervision
- Ability to identify and apply best practices, standards and SDLC concepts to all functional areas.
- Good knowledge of design patterns
- Good understanding of agile methodology
- Good understanding of RDBMS concepts
