Description:

Questline is hiring a Junior Salesforce Administrator who will set up, configure, maintain, and support our Salesforce.com CRM system instance.


Preferred candidates will live in the Columbus area and be able to work a remote/hybrid schedule; however, fully remote candidates will be considered.


USA work authorization is a precondition for employment. Questline does not sponsor employment visas.


CORE ACCOUNTABILITIES (Essential Functions) -
This position is chiefly accountable to/for:

  • Works with organizational Salesforce.com users to understand their system needs
  • Builds, customizes, and supports objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, etc.), workflows, reports, or dashboards
  • Trains colleagues on Salesforce
  • Ensures integration and data exchange between Salesforce and external services, providers, or platforms
  • Tests and approves system changes prior to deployment
  • Works with Rev Gen teams to ensure customer interactions are appropriately captured
  • Identifies then deletes or merges duplicate, outdated, or inaccurate records
  • Maintains user profiles and settings, and provides training to end-users as needed
  • Assists RevGen in compiling reports and monitoring usage
  • Provides general awareness of account details (budget, scope, schedule, etc) and raise any concerns and issues to supervisor
  • Supports client issues
  • Manages email inquiries and client portals or tickets
  • Configuration of advanced declarative Salesforce functionality
  • Develops and conducts training plans, materials, and for internal team
  • Validates actions of Developers and works with them toward resolution in the event of issues
  • Performs QA testing on multiple projects
  • Assists with client integrations
  • Performs an initial assessment of any problematic situation – escalates as necessary
  • Conducts general research for RevGen as needed
. Requirements:
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree and 1 to 3 years of experience and work toward Salesforce Certification
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce CPQ
  • Demonstrated ability to work across platforms, participate in multiple projects, and solve technical and business problems
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
  • Understanding of integration scenarios and design
  • Strong documentation and training skills
  • Excellent project management skills
  • Clear, empathetic communication skills
  • Able to quickly understand complex technical problems
  • Positive willingness to commit passion and energy to getting the job done
