Omnicell is currently seeking a Sales Operation Specialist / Business Analyst. The successful candidate will be directly responsible for scaling and refining our international sales operations leveraging best-in-class expertise and technology. Reporting directly to the Commercial Excellence Director, this person will lead and manage process changes and automation/scaling projects within the sales ecosystem. The Sales Operation Specialist will also help create and drive roadmaps to establish a world-class sales operations infrastructure and system, and be the owner of all CRM-related topics. Further, this position ensures the data integration and collaboration between cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Service…) and supports the sales leadership in executing business initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Streamline and optimize the sales process by implementing, refining and automating processes and tools.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks in the sales process/tools and find ways to reduce them to make the sales engine run faster.
- Oversee sales funnel and collaborate with the leadership team to standardize business reporting (funnel velocity, engagement ratio, conversion rate, forecast…) and create dashboards.
- Ensure effective adoption and usage of our CRM.
- Manage CRM data and drive CRM improvement programs.
- Act as the primary contact between business users and CRM administrator (cf. sales support).
- Manage metrics/analytics programs to share insightful information to sales leaders and help them make data-backed business decisions.
- Support leadership in the definition, implementation and monitoring of go-to-market and revenue growth initiatives.
- Establish strong working relationships with other cross-functional partners (e.g. marketing, finance, service) to improve overall operations.
- Assist Commercial Excellence Director in the scoping, deployment and measurements of sales effectiveness and enablement programs.
Desired Skills and Experiences
- Proven analytical, modelling, and conceptual problem-solving abilities.
- Strong project management skills in a global setting.
- Ability to digest large sets of data and bring valuable business insights.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and Salesforce.com.
- Knowledge of BI tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik…) would be a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy in a demanding and results-oriented team environment.
- 4+ years experience in Sales Operations role or relevant experience integrating and supporting sales business processes.
- Demonstrate knowledge of sales business processes including funnel management, forecasting, quoting.
