What You'll Do

  • Maintain CMC's Enterprise Salesforce system and process management for the entire organization (including Recycling, Rebar Fabrication, Mills & CRP)
  • Customize CRM for branches/business units (page layouts, record types, fields, field dependencies, workflows)
  • Develop best practices, tips, tricks, and process guides for users
  • Train new Salesforce users
  • Set up users and roles to coincide with organization setup
  • Create reports and custom objects based on business needs
  • Research applications in the app exchange that could optimize business processes and implement them accordingly
  • Implement unutilized portions of Salesforce that make sense for the business
  • Build out new business process for various CMC Business Units
  • Create duplicate prevention rules to keep data integrity when importing from an external source
  • Design, document, and test enhancements/functionality in Salesforce Sandbox and deploy to production
  • Work closely with Salesforce Development team and prioritize requirements and implement solutions

What You'll Need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce.com Administrator
  • One or more Salesforce.com (SFDC) Certifications with Advanced Certifications a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (specifically Excel) and Salesforce Sales Cloud
  • Experience in both Classic and Lightning Salesforce Versions
  • Experience translating business requirements and technical specs into a functional solution
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, be self-driven and apply creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize managing multiple projects with competing deadlines

Your Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent relevant experience required
