We are looking for a CRM Manager to join our Marketing Department. As a member of the CRM team, you will play a central role in developing activation and retention automations for Tourlane’s customer base. In this cross-functional role, you will have a direct impact on developing a cohesive messaging strategy and exploring the development of new CRM related technologies, all while contributing to the overall success of our business.

What is the role about?
  • Your key responsibility is to manage the creation of onboarding, retention and reactivation marketing automations for the Tourlane customer base while contributing new ideas to optimize their existing infrastructure.
  • You drive the exploration of SMS and Direct Mail Marketing as new forms of CRM outreach while orchestrating the distribution of product relevant messages.
  • You support in managing campaigns for all Tourlane markets, partnering closely with our Jr. CRM Manager.
  • You constantly cooperate with our sales, design & content teams to craft best in class messaging unique to a variety of customer segments
  • You develop and execute CRM related A/B tests: from subject lines, copy, layouts, CTAs. You use the results to continuously improve the customer communication.
  • You maintain reporting for CRM KPIs in order to measure the success of ongoing initiatives
  • You are always up-to-date regarding CRM trends and work on establishing Tourlane as an innovator in our field
What will you need to be successful?
  • You completed your studies in Communications, Marketing, Business Administration or a similar field and gained at least 3-4 years of relevant experience
  • You have worked with CRM Automation systems, either as standalone solutions like SendGrid or ActiveCampaign, or as an integrated part of Marketing Suites like Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • You carry the A/B-testing gene, follow best practices, but in the end you always rely upon numbers and your strong analytical skills
  • You enjoy data driven marketing, the creation and development of dashboards and reports as well as the KPI exchange with your marketing colleagues
  • You are comfortable understanding and editing HTML
  • You have experience in using and understanding the full potential of different CRM channels such as SMS, email, push and in-app notifications
  • You love challenges because you can’t wait to master them with your creativity and hands-on mentality
  • “Move fast, break things” perfectly summarizes your way of working
  • You are fluent in both spoken and written English, German language competence would be a strong asset and French is a plus
