Business Analyst - SalesForce/SAP

Position Description
The Business Analyst will work directly with the project team and internal customers gathering requirements to analyze, design and/or implement sales Enablement features and functionalities across various cloud initiatives including Salesforce or SAP. The role will evaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop and implement solutions.

Your future duties and responsibilities
  • Lead Requirements workshops with System Owners and Users to identify and document day in the life for the Users in the client organization.
  • Document and communicate the results of requirements analysis
  • Creates, prioritizes and accepts user stories; incorporate them into release planning
  • Identifies pros, cons, issues, obstacles, dependencies and value associated with features and enhancements
  • Assess new methods and tools and provide management with updates and recommendations of changes to systems or processes
  • Lead standups, iteration planning sessions, product demos and retrospectives
  • Condenses complex technical concepts into non-technical language for stakeholders
  • Gather and report critical information from meetings with various stakeholders

Required qualifications to be successful in this role
  • Experience in Salesforce or SAP Business Analyst within a Sales Enablement role or related consulting firm
  • Requirement elicitation, analysis, validation and scoping
  • Analyze data and draw business/system insights
  • Strong Communication - Work with Project Managers and stakeholders throughout each project
  • Leading requirements gathering sessions to effectively capture business and functional requirements
  • Experience mapping functional requirements to Salesforce features and functionality
  • Working with Salesforce or SAP team and stake holders to create, refine and prioritize user stories
  • Experience with database design concepts, middleware concepts, and user interface development
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education and Certification:
  • BS/MS or equivalent education
  • Platform App builder certification preferred
  • PMI certification is a plus

CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to: skill set level; experience and training; and licensure and certifications. CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,000.00-$176,300.00. We offer a competitive compensation package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to our business. In addition, our benefits package includes multiple medical, dental, & vision options, both a Shared Purchase Plan (SPP) for CGI stocks and a 401(k) plan, as well as numerous other lifestyle benefits.
